ITIL V3 Foundation training course is an intensive introduction to the ITIL service management framework, a “best practice” approach to all aspects of the service life-cycle which is designed to enable delivery and support of quality IT Services.
The ITIL V3 Foundation course consists of short lectures, discussions, examination technique, mock and culminates in an invigilated exam on the third day.
