Job Description :
** Steering support operations team to Spear head the SAP-CRM implementation project;
** Validate IT related issues escalated by service operations. Conduct Root Cause Analysis & co-ordinate with IT for resolution;
** Suggest possible process / design changes to be made (if needed). Monitor number of incidences on each such escalated report;
** Understand corrective actions suggested by IT and provide blue print with sign off.
** Spearheading all activities related to blue printing documentation of the service process;
** provide IT with functional requirements for service process.
** Developing master data during the switch over phase; monitor all service process activities during go-live phase.
** Initiate a Knowledge Management (KM) portal; create a knowledge repository on service process flow of SAP / SAP CRM functions.
** Prepare MIS reports thru SAP;
** Generating Data Analysis Reports for operational / product performance like productivity.
** Planning induction program for new recruits and evaluating the candidates before being posted.
** Organizing training of service staff for SAP/ SAP CRM

Enhance service branding image Service branding activities (PR, POP, Banner, Display stands, Sign boards, Leaflets, Web marketing, Tele marketing etc etc) Improve service business (Inflow, Revenue per Repair Order) Seassional campaigns based on market study Creating customized packages to suit market Promoting value added services (Mechanical and Body) Business promotional marketing activties Service retention improvement activties No show customer focused activties Promtion on service packages (customized) Promotion of extended warranty schemes Promotion of insurance renewal schemes Enhance Service CS through process improvement (ASDOS, NCAM, RVI) NISSAN standard process implementation, assesment & evaulation across Oman Liason with Principle Liasion with sales marketing team, vendors, service team members, audit, accounts, admin personnals Communication with manufacturer regional office.
