Positions Available :
1. Quality Engineer :
Location : Sharjah

Profile :
** Diploma / BE Mechnical or Production
** 3-5 years exp in the field of QA.
** Working Knowledge in the environment of 5S,APQP, TQM, POKA-YOKE, FMEA, KAIZEN, QUALITY CIRCLE
** Working experience of controlling & monitoring parts via sheet metals, injection moulding, rubber, welding, fastners, bop, and job works items.
** Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in auto Component industries.
** Salary Best in the Industry
** Having Valid Passport

Job Description :
** Responsible for incoming, final and in process inspection
** Preparation and responsible for corrective and preventive actions.
** Directly involving in vendor development department to improve the quality of product.
** Responsible supplier quality and supplier quality improvement.
** Preparation of rejection and rework for in process and final inspection and testing report.
** Calibration of measuring instrument from outside source.
** Knowledge of 7QC tools, SQC, TQM, 8D.
** Preparing FMEA and CONTROL PLAN.
** Tracking & Controlling processes as per CONTROL CHARTS.

2. Tool-Room Machinist :
Location : Sharjah

Profile :
** ITI in Machinist Trade
** Should be able to work on all conventional tool room machines e.g. lathe , milling , surface grinding etc.
** Must have worked in a tool room as a Machinist for 2 to 5 years. Experience in die making tool room will be preferred.
** Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in auto Component industries.
** Salary Best in the Industry
** Should have a passport
