Age : Around 25-33 years
Job :
Incumbents will assist the senior management team responsible for finance/accounts/commercial activities. The placements, based on relevant experience of the candidate, will be made in one of Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Credit, MIS, Audit and Commercial departments of profit centers.
Qualifications :
Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant
Experience :
Post qualification experience of 3 to 5 years in Finance / Accounts / Audit / Commercial functions of a reputed organization. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of their field and working knowledge of computers is essential.
2. Senior Manager :(service Training)– Heavy Vehicles / Light Vehicles
Age Around : 35 – 40 years
Job :
To lead a team of Trainers in Technical Training Division that provides both technical and business process training. To continuously monitor skill levels of service personnel and to design & create new courses for technical and business requirements. To prepare & publish training materials.
Qualifications :
BE (Automobile Engineering / Mechanical Engineering)
Experience :
Around 12-15 years experience in similar capacity with a reputed Automobile manufacturer / dealership. Should have excellent communication & motivation skills. Should have good administrative knowledge & exposure to dealer management systems.
