ENGAGEMENT OF 16 JUNIOR OFFICERS ON CONTRACT – LIST OF 160 CANDIDATES SHORTLISTED FOR INTERVIEW TO BE CONDUCTED ON 07/12/13 AT COIMBATORE, 09/12/13 AT BANGALORE AND 11/12/13 & 12/12/13 AT NOIDA.

We are glad to inform that we have shortlisted 160 candidates for engagement of 16 junior officers on contract for 16 branches located in the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh, in accordance with Para (9) of the terms and conditions of appointment as per our web advertisement dt. 29/10/13. The list of the said 160 candidates and the details of the venue/date/ time for the interview are given in the annexure.

The candidates are advised to note the following;
1) He/she should report at the venue (Full address furnished in the annexure) at the scheduled time given in the list/annexure.
2) He/she shall bring one passport size photo, all the original certificates/documents of his/her academic qualifications/work experience, voter’s ID card, passport (if available), Driving License (if possessed) for verification and will be returned immediately.
3) One photocopy of self-attested certificates of academic qualifications (reported in the application) and appointment letters from the previous assignments, if any shall be handed over to us at the interview centre, for our records.
4) As already advised, all the Outstation candidates attending interview at two canters viz. Coimbatore & Noida are entitled for To and Fro Travel fare (i.e. from place of domicile to Coimbatore & Noida by the shortest route) upto a distance limit of AC 3 tier train fare, on production of original ticket for onward journey & Xerox copy of return journey, on the date of interview only. The same will be paid by way of cash. No claim for reimbursement/correspondence will be entertained after the interview date.

Programme for appointment for candidates upon their selection;
1) List of 16 selected candidates will be published in our Website on or before 14/12/13 in our Web. It should be noted that Management reserves right to select/ post additional candidates also for the same branch /nearby branches either by 14/12/13 or later.
2) Offer letter for engagement for those selected candidates will be sent by way of e-mail from our end on or before 14/12/13 followed by hard copy through courier.
3) The selected candidates should be in a position to join our company from 23/12/13 & onwards (as per our advertisement). Request for extension of joining dates will be entertained based upon merits.
4) The candidates should note that they are liable for transfer (in case of need) to the nearby branches, within the State as per clause No. 9(g) of advertisement.
