We are looking for a solid Deputy Loss Prevention Manager coming from a retail background.To implement and drive suitable loss prevention policies and system and coordinate all stores security and theft prevention programs to assure protection of Company assets

Key Responsibilities :
** Implement appropriate Loss Prevention policy and strategies ensuring that these are effectively utilised to mitigate security and operational risks inherent to key business activities conducted by the Retail organisation
** Maintain appropriate Loss Prevention procedures to limit all elements of shrinkage (resulting from theft, fraud, wastage, damage and process failure) within agreed scales
** Conduct Loss Prevention awareness programmes. Facilitate approved training sessions (Inductions and Retail Reality) for all store based management and staff to improve their effectiveness in reducing loss.
** Contribute to the evaluation and effectiveness of surveillance systems, security equipment and service providers.
** Ensure regular Loss Prevention / Security reviews are conducted for compliance with all company policies and procedures related to Loss Prevention.
** Review the Loss Prevention System exceptional reports and provide the findings to Retail Loss Prevention Managers for corrective action.
** Ensure that all incidents relating to potential and real losses arising from theft, fraud, wastage, damage and process failure are promptly reported, recorded, escalated and investigated as dictated by Corporate Policy
** Ensure the completion of annual surveys for all stores are carried out using the Corporate Risk Assessment and GAP analysis framework.
** Prepare and maintain reports, records, evidence and files in a complete and orderly manner with relevant recommendations.

Experience :
5-7 years’ work experience in a large/ diverse retail establishment with latter 2 -3 years in a responsible Loss Prevention/ Asset Protection/ Security management position

Qualifications :
Preferably graduate in any discipline with some tertiary level qualification.
Certification in loss prevention & security management

Other Information :
Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Exposure/ awareness of local regulations governing safety & security issues and apprehension/ detention of suspects

2. Security Systems Administrator : (ATG1807)

Job Brief :
We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Security Systems Administrator as a part of our Asset Protection team of the Al Tayer Group to design, monitor, install, manage security systems for the Group.

As a Security Systems Administrator you would design security systems together with key stakeholders, Compile, Conduct and Evaluate Request for Proposal (RFP’s), Oversee installation, commissioning and handing over of Security Systems, Develop, implement and maintain change management processes, ensure that enterprise security systems are optimally configured, develop and conduct end-user training. Together with the Facilities Management Department, ensure that preventative maintenance agreements are in place. Together with IT Department, ensure that all security and anti-virus applications are properly configured. Prepare and submit periodic reports with recommendations and suggestions to improve existing security systems and Implement appropriate methods, processes and techniques to ensure optimal utilization of security systems and effective prioritization of incidents and develop & implement policies that ensure user access rights are effectively controlled and adhered to.

Person Specification :
As a Security Systems Administrator you would have experience as Network engineer having obtained certification as a Systems Engineer having worked within the field of systems security integration for 5 – 7 years.

The selected candidate would have a experience in managing projects – design and implementation of security systems, having experience in managing security devices and technology savvy. You would be an assertive, driven and confident candidate who shall be able to coordinate with various stake holders and manage enterprise wide security systems for the Group.
