AYTB requires qualified and experienced personnel in the following categories for their ongoing maintenance projects and other services.

1. Cafeteria Specialist :
Roles and Responsibilities :
Cafeteria Supervision :
Plan, organize and control operation in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality service to the company but not limited to food production & service. Ensure timely execution of contractual services to various units. Maintain daily control on quality and quantity of food served to employees. Control all food deliveries and invoices, quality and storage of food. Make sure all storage areas and doors are locked when not in use.

Manpower Supervision :
Handle every complaint/suggestions from company (employees) with positive attitude, sincerity and promptness for improvements. Ensure that staffs are well trained for their respective positions and are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.

OE & EHS Compliance :
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with the Operational Compliance and Environmental, Health & Safety. Ensure that all accidents, fire, loss, theft and damages are prevented and proper procedures are followed. Conduct daily inspections of all areas ensuring maintenance and catering workers of excellent hygiene standards. Ensure that the appearance of food service personnel is maintained at highest level. Conduct random inspections on personal hygiene, cleanliness of uniforms, and proper identification (badges). Ensure all work being done by cafeteria staff is being carried out in compliance with RC Public Health.

Qualifications :
Knowledge in catering services supervision.
Ability to be team leader and control over catering staff.
Ability to work under pressure and rush requests; and Availability when service is needed.

Training and Skills :
Basic knowledge in Computer Applications; Supervisory Skills; and Problem-Solving and Decision-Making

Experience :
Minimum 10 year – Supervisory experience in Catering Service

2. Purchasing Manager :
Education :
Four years engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :
10 years experience in material/equipment purchasing & expediting, contracting and related matters in a similar industry. Furthermore the candidates need to have advanced knowledge in procurement/vendor inspection techniques & requirements as well as in ISO procedures. Basic computer knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities :
The successful person shall supervise all purchasing activities covering equipment, spare parts, materials and supplies both in the Kingdom and abroad for our construction, fabrication and O&M departments serving the petrochemical, oil & gas and other process industries. He is also to negotiate supplies of labor with sub-contractors in the Kingdom covering contractual terms and conditions.

3.Project Controls Manager :
Education : Engineering

Experience :
10–12 years related experience in project management covering cost control/scheduling programs for construction projects.

Responsibilities :
He is to monitor the utilization of resources against budgeted costs., to utilize Earned Value Management System for tracking project progress and schedule recovery plans to ensure project completion on time and within budget. Candidate is to be fully familiar with project planning & scheduling software programs like Primavera, MS Projects, etc.

4. Senior Estimators :
Education : Mechanical Engineering

Experience :
10 years experience in estimating. Estimating experience is gathered on construction and fabrication projects in the oil & gas and petrochemical industry. He is experienced to estimate all types of projects/contracts.

Responsibilities :
The successful individual is computer literate with proven track record in all engineering disciplines and thorough knowledge of modern estimating techniques, cost control systems and accounts.

5.Estimators (Mechanical/Piping) :
Education : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :
5-7 years experience in Construction/EPC Projects and knowledge of material take-off, cost estimate, preparation of method statements, technical & commercial clarifications, finalization of tenders, familiar with International Standards and good computer skills.

6.Project Engineer :
Education : Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :
10 years of Fabrication/Construction experience in coded pressure vessels, exchangers, piping field installation/maintenance/erection for the Petrochemical Plants, and Refineries.

Responsibilities :
Provide technical engineering information to company, supervision and craftsman to ensure work complies with all engineering standard codes, specifications and design instruction as applicable. Should be self-motivated, cost conscious and be able to interface, communicate effectively with others.

7.Planning Engineer :
Education : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :
6-8 years (8-10 for Diploma holder) relevant planning experience in medium/ large fabrication/construction companies serving petrochemical plants and refineries, highly proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, knowledge using Primavera and/or MS Project, particularly in Resource Loading/Management.

8.Cost Control Engineer :
Education : Engineering Graduate or Cost Accounting

Experience :
7-10 years experience as a Cost Engineer. He must have served in Construction/Fabrication Companies, has thorough knowledge of diversified controls engineering systems and ability to understand complex problems.

Responsibilities :
Controls and estimates all cost and estimating activities. Should posses good analytical skills and should be a computer literate.

9. Maintenance Supervisors :

Education : Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience :
5 to 7 years supervisory experience gathered in a petrochemical plant, a refinery or related oil & gas industry, specialized in shutdowns/turnarounds, experienced in basic operations & troubleshooting of Rotating & Stationary Equipments, able to read & interpret engineering drawings

10. Senior Rotating Equipment Technicians :
Education : Diploma Mechanical Engineering

Experience :
5 to 7 years maintenance experience in rotating equipment gathered in the Petrochemical, Refining or Oil & Gas industries.

Responsibilities :
The candidate is a specialist in Big Turbines, Pumps, Compressors, etc. and able to read & interpret related engineering drawings.

11. Contract Administrator:
Education : B.Sc. in Engineering or a Degree in Quantity Surveying

Experience :
7 years experience in similar position from a reputable firm, preferably in the construction Industry, excellent command of the English language and hold B.Sc. in Engineering or a degree in Quantity Surveying as well as Experience in reviewing tenders, contracts, change/variation orders, claims, etc.

12. Quantity Surveyor :
Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering

Experience:
5-7 years experience in material take-off and able to cost estimate medium to large projects, especially in construction of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation & Water Treatment facilities. Knowledge of resource monitoring techniques plus ability to follow procedures/directions as required.
