Book Your Time Slot for getting Smart Card Driving License ( LL/DL/RL ) :
Welcome to the Online Time-Slot Booking System for work specifically related to the issuance of Smart Card Driving Licenses. At the moment, this facility is only available for RTO offices in Lucknow, Kanpur, Allahabad, Varanasi, Agra and Ghaziabad.

This system will provide citizens of these cities the facility to reserve a prior appointment (time slot) online, and visit the transport office for applying for learner / permanent / renewal driving license on the date / time of their choice. This would help them in coming to the office at their pre-booked time slot and thereby save their valuable time by avoiding the long queues at the fees and data entry counter.

The system will undergo the following changes from 15 November, 2013 :
(1). There will be one time slot on each working day, from 3.00 PM to 4.30 PM.
(2). There will be a separate dedicated window for applicants coming to the office with a time slot booking. Only they would be served during this time slot.
(3). The maximum number of bookings in the time slot would be restricted to 50.
(4). This facility will also be available in 2 new offices – RTO Aligarh & ARTO Noida in addition to the existing 6 RTO offices – Lucknow, Kanpur, Allahabad, Varanasi, Agra and Ghaziabad.
(5). Ladies and Senior Citizens will also make bookings during this time slot only.

On clicking the option for time slot booking, the website will open a booking form which would require you to fill up required details like name, address, date of birth etc. On acceptance of the form, the website will display a booking confirmation receipt, which you will have to print and bring to the concerned office at the appointed date and time, along with all other documents to apply for any work related to the issuance of your Smart Card Driving License.
