1.Name of the post : Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Gross Monthly Remuneration : Rs 100,000 pm.
Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Management/ Business Administration and allied disciplines/ Development Studies from recognized universities OR Post Graduate Diploma in the above disciplines from recognized universities with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades
2.Name of the post : State Thematic Expert – Social Inclusion
Gross Monthly Remuneration : Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000 pm.
Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Management/ Business Administration and allied disciplines/ Development Studies from recognized universities OR Post Graduate Diploma in the above disciplines from recognized universities with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades
3.Name of the post : State Thematic Expert – Training & Capacity Building
Gross Monthly Remuneration : Rs 60,000 to Rs 70,000 pm.
Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Rural Development/ Social Work/ Agriculture & Allied/ Management/ Business Administration and allied disciplines/ Development Studies from recognized universities OR Post Graduate Diploma in the above disciplines from recognized universities with at least 55% marks or equivalent grades
4.Name of the post : Project Manager – MIS
Gross Monthly Remuneration : Rs 50,000 to Rs 60,000 pm.
Qualification : Post Graduate degree in Computer Sciences (MSc./MCA/M. Tech) OR MBA Rural Development OR MSc. Statistics with DOEACC ‘O’ Level certification OR a Post Graduate Diploma in above disciplines from recognized university/ Institute with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
