Walk-in-Interview for the selection of Senior Research Fellow (one post) on contractual basis under the AMASS sub-project for “Harnessing Arbuscular Mycorhizae for Bio-fertilization in Horticultural crops” is scheduled to be held on 09.12.2013 (Monday) at 11.00 AM. The post is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Name of the Project : AMASS sub-project for entitled “HarnessingArbuscular Mycorhizae for Bio-fertilization in Horticultural crops”.
Duration of the Project : Till 31.03.2014. Further extendable.

Age limit: Not more than 35 years for men and 40 years for women candidates
Fellowship (as per ICAR guidelines) : Rs.16,000.00 + HRA @20% per month for the first two years and Rs.18,000.00 + HRA @20% for the third year
Essential Qualification :
i) First class in M.Sc. (Agri) specialized in Plant Pathology / Agricultural Microbiology / Biotechnology M.Sc. in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Molecular Biology / Biochemistry / Botany with specialization in Microbiology or Plant Pathology.
ii) M.Sc. / M.Phil in Microbiology with specialized in mycorhizae.
Desirable : Experience in isolation and mass production arbuscular mycorhizae and related biofertilization work.

ii) Candidates attending the Walk-in-Interview should neatly type the application in the format prescribed in MS-WORD – TIMES NEW ROMAN FONT – 12 SIZE and submit the same along with attested copies of educational qualifications, experience and publications etc. at the time of attending the Walk-in-Interview. Original certificates should also be brought for verification at the time of Walk-in-Interview. Candidates already working should produce “No Objection Certificate” in case he / she is employed elsewhere.
