Schedule for Group Discussion and Interview for
Recruitment of Manager (MMGS-II) & Senior Manager-Credit (MMGS-III)

We invite your attention to the on-line Screening Test held on 16.11.2013 for the posts of Manager in MMGS-II & Senior Manager-Credit in MMGS-III.

We are pleased to announce the Schedule for Group Discussion and Interview for the candidates who had cleared the on-line Screening Test held on 16.11.2013 for the posts of Manager in MMGS-II & Senior Manager-Credit in MMGS-III. The process of Group Discussion and Interview will be conducted from 09.12.2013 onwards and the schedules for GD & Interviews are mentioned hereunder. The details of venue, timings etc will be intimated in due course. The Link for downloading Call Letters for GD & Interview will be made available in our website shortly.

Instructions to the candidates called for GD & Interview:
1) Candidates have to download the Call Letter from our website and bring the same along with duly filled and signed original Biodata affixed with Photo and other documents as mentioned in the Call Letter at the time of attending GD & Interview. Additional 2 photocopies of filled up biodata form are to be brought by the candidates for Scale-II & additional 3 copies for Scale-III.

2) Please note that the call for GD & Interview is provisional only and subject to verification of eligibility conditions stipulated in our advertisement. Candidates are requested to ensure their eligibility including the relevant experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks as under before proceeding for Interviews:
For Scale – II : 3 years experience as Officer in any scheduled Commercial Bank.
For Scale-III : Presently working in MMGS-II, with 5 years experience in Project Appraisal, Syndication or Credit department in a Scheduled Commercial Bank.
At the time of interview, candidates have to submit Experience / Service Certificates issued by the competent authority clearly containing Name of Organization, Date of Joining, Designation & Scale at the time of joining, Present Designation & Scale, Date of relief with reasons (if relieved), without which he/she will not be allowed for GD and Interview.

3) Candidates will be permitted to attend the Group Discussion & Interview subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria / conditions regarding qualification, age, category & experience etc., as stipulated in the advertisement & correctness of information furnished in on-line application.
Candidates belonging to reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) should submit necessary caste certificates in central government format itself.
The formats of Biodata, Caste & Medical Certificates will be made available in the website shortly, along with the Call Letter for GD & Interview.

Note:
a) The exact address of the venue for interview will be mentioned in the call letter.
b) Requests for change of centre / date of interview will not be entertained.
