1. Junior Software Engineer (PHP/ MySQL)

Qualification : B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA

**We are looking for freshers and experienced candidates with strong logical thinking and a passion for coding, for the post of Junior Software Engineer (PHP/Python, MySQL).
**Candidates should be willing to relocate/commute to Kottayam, Kerala.

Requirements:
** Candidates should be BE/B.Tech graduate or higher degree
** Freshers should be 2020-2022 Passout
** Should have excellent programming skills
** Good knowledge of programming languages like PHP, Python, etc.
** Should have ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies
** Should have the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision, but also to work well in a team atmosphere.
** Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

2. Content Strategist

Responsibilities:
**Plan, design and develop long term content strategies targeted at driving traffic, generating leads, user engagement and building brand awareness across all channels
**Design and shape content plans by performing extensive research and analysis of traffic tracking data
**Design a content calendar, track and advance the content calendar and regularly monitor and filter progress results to apply data-driven insights for future content strategies.
**Analyze existing content to identify and fill gaps, find opportunities to rework and reuse existing content
**Carry out competitor analysis

Key Skills & Requirements:
**Masters in Communications, Marketing, Journalism/English, Usability/Research, or Business Psychology or equivalent work experience.
**Minimum 3 years of Experience creating and editing digital content for target audience
**Data analytics skills, critical thinking ability paired with creativity
**Experience with SEO tools including Google Adwords and Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
**Good team player and self-motivated when working alone
**Skills to forecast trends in user search behavior by researching and analyzing traffic tracking data

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

3. Content Editor

Responsibilities, Skills & Requirements:
**Minimum 1 years of Experience in editing digital content for target audience.
**Bachelor’s/Master Degree in Engineering, English, Journalism, related disciplines.
**When editing a content, ensure that the author presents the material in a way that benefits the reader.
**Ensure that all the content in the platform clearly communicate their goals to the reader.
**Verify that content coverage is thorough and balanced and ensure technical accuracy and validity of the content.
**Check and verify all facts, references and illustrations for accuracy and ensure it matches the text and is appropriate.
**Excellent verbal and written English, at par with a native English speaker

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

4. Content Writer

Responsibilities, Skills & Requirements:
**Freshers and Experienced
**Bachelor/Master degree in English, Journalism or related field
**Candidates should be willing to relocate/commute to Kottayam, Kerala.
**Excellent writing skills in English, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
**Draft stories and scripts that are crisp, informative and factual.
**Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
**Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
**Create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms.
**The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
