Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
** Develops and administers various programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organization.
** Develop plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc. and oversees and executes the organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
** Provide recommendations to organization at a strategic level and monitor adherence to internal policies and HR standards
** Develop and monitor programs including Human Resources services, employee recognition, team outings, and administration.
** Organizing from start to end Campus Recruitment Drives at reputed colleges including IITs and NITs.
** Handle Employee engagement activities like fun at work, employee retention, team building, Rewards and Recognition (R&R) program, employees grievance settlement etc.
** Oversees, manages and is hands-on with the work of reporting Human Resources Staff as required
** Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
** Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
** Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
** Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines
** Manage monthly payroll processing
** Manage company driver, office staff / guard etc. in terms of day to day operation of the office
** Establish reporting and monitoring mechanisms for control of Housekeeping, Facility Management, Repair & Maintenance, Cleanliness etc.
** To ensure AMCs, Insurance and bills payment is managed as per schedule

Skills Requirements:
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Excellent academics (first class) throughout education. Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
** Proven experience of 5 (minimum) to 8 years as an HR Professional with flexibility to handle administrative tasks and do what it takes to scale a fast-growing startup
** Willing to work in a dynamic startup environment where things change every day!
** Good interpersonal and organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
** A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
** Proven skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and all other stuff required to get the job done .
