Qualification :
i) Degree in food Technology/Dairy Technology/Bio-Technology/Oil Technology/Agriculture Science/Veterinary Science/Bio- Chemistry/Micro-Biology From recognized University Or post graduate in chemistry Or / Degree in Medicine. OR
Any other equivalent/recognized eligibility notified by Central Government. OR
iii) Successfully completed training under any Organization or Institution as specified by the Food authority.

Essential Qualification : A candidate for direct recruitment must possess M.B.B.S. degree of a university recognised by the Medical Council of India. A Candidate who possess a post-graduate Degree/ Diploma in Medical or Health Sciences in a particular subject of a University recognized by the Medical Council of India or the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council shall be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment. In addition to this, it is also necessary to be completed one year rotary internship till the last date of receipt of application form.

How to apply :
Candidates after submitting their applications through On-line shall send photocopies of their all academic/required documents regarding their claims along with print out of On-line applications form within 21 days from the last date of submitting the applications (date 12 December, 2013 till 5 O’clock) through registered/Speed Post or Personally in the office of Commission.
