**Verify attendance, Transfers, Resignation to maintain and update payroll update.
**Provide information to employee and managers in payroll matters, tax issue.
**Conduct verification of the employee.
**Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to payroll process.
**Timely checking for any due legal compliance.
**Ensuring adherence to monthly labor compliance checklist.
**One must perform PF, ESIC, PT, TDS Calculation, TDS filing.
**He/she must manage the leave of the employees
**Handle HR Software.
**Keep MIS of employees updated.
