Job Description :
Designation – Associate engineer
Probation Period – 6 months

How Will You Be Contributing to Our Success?
** Administrator for maintenance, service & spare parts contracts (establishment and renewal),
lead discussion & negotiation with vendors, establish inventory.
** Custodianship of all Reliability Studies/Analysis. Ensure the outcomes of all studies are well
integrated in overall Reliability Strategy.
** Review and update maintenance SOP related to testing equipment and stability test.
** Ownership of the predictive maintenance program for all equipments.
** Ensure all Engineering, Maintenance document/drawings upkeep and traceable.
** Manage the availability and reliability of process equipment and systems to minimize downtime
and maintenance cost.
** Maintain zero accident by complying to all Safety rules & regulations.
** Actively participate in safety meetings and promote safety Culture in the team.
** Ensure that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, preserving the
environment.
** Technical focal point/representative for new projects to ensure designed for reliability.
** Development and implementation of mechanical plant inspection.
** Be internal auditor for the section and liaise with External Auditors.
** Maintain best practices (Maintenance/Reliability) training and applying PdM (predictive
maintenance tools) for Mechanical industry.
** Develop the training plan for operations & maintenance specialists, engineers & technicians.
** Timely follow up with clients and meeting the defined deadlines.

Who Are We Looking For?
** Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
** 2-3 years in Gas/Chemical industry preferably.
** Experience in Centrifugal Compressors &/ Reciprocating Compressor &/ Screw compressors &/
Refrigerant Unit &/ Cooling towers & Water pumps &/ Valves & pipings preferably.
** Strong analytical and good in communication skills.
** Strong leadership and team work player.
** Able to relocate to defined region as in Bokaro (Jharkhand)
