Job Descriptions :
**The main role is to handle the customers and convincing to buy the flats
**Handling customer visits at the sumo project site and bring it to closure
**Excellent in closing deals and retaining clients
**Excellent in Selling, properties of individuals and corporate
**Taking care of Marketing and promotional activities
**Timely maintaining property management and agreement renewals of existing clients
**Keeping a track of property prices across Bangalore
**Taking care of Registration of Flats
**Handling customer payment issues
**Maintaining all the accounts related to construction, office, and advance amount paid by the customers
**Handling all the marketing related issues

2. Site Engineer

Qualification : BE / Btech in Civil
Experience : 3-5 Years
Gender : Male

Job Descriptions :
**Ensuring the contractor reviewing construction schedule
**Monitoring & reporting on the progress of work
**Co-coordinating with Project Manager, Project co-ordinate, Quantity surveyor, various vendors and client’s team
**Should have All construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities
**Strong ability to all type of Civil works like R.C.C Roofing, Plastering, Foundations, labour scheduling & checking of bills
**Monitoring & ensuring safety practice at construction sites
**Prepare the quantities of area (civil works)
**Receiving drawings for project and preparing estimation for work, planning and maintain the documents/records for the project
**Coordinated with Clients, consultants and architect to develop customized design solutions which meet requirements

3. Sales Manager(lady for Interiors)

Qualification : Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation
Experience : 3-5 Years
Gender : Female
Working Days : Monday to Sunday (Week off will be given B/w Tuesday to Friday)
