The image of an organization is largely decided by its communication material and a good designer can make an invaluable contribution to the organisation.

Minimum Experience : 2 years

Job Description :
**Conceptualization, designing, lay-outing, formatting and print supervision of all material to be printed.
**Designing and lay-outing of pages for our books.
**Developing templates for other material such as certificates, mark sheets, analysis forms, to improve readability and to communicate the message intended for the students and parents, effectively.
**Developing and Updating content for company’s newsletters and website.

Desired Profile :
**Any Degree
**Sound knowledge of Digital Graphic Software, especially Page Maker/Corel Draw and Adobe Acrobat, Math Type, etc.
**Illustration skills would be an added advantage.
**A natural aptitude for colour, balance, symmetrical and asymmetrical presentation combined with strong foundation in designing.

2. Public Relations Executive

Experience of working with children and doing design work will be an added advantage.
Location : Hyderabad

Job Description :
**Relationship management & co-ordination with internal as well as external customers.
**Responsible for developing and implementing the PR strategy, enhancing company awareness and its product-line through tie-ups with the media.
**Writing and publishing articles in leading media throughout the country.
**Developing and Updating content for company’s newsletters and website.

Desired Profile :
Senior educationists – former teachers, principals, academics, 35+ years old, bright, academically oriented persons with very strong teaching background and educational fundamentals.
**Mass Media/Journalism with 1-2 years of experience as PR executive. Fresher will be considered.
**Smart & presentable individual with excellent communication skills (oral and written).
**Capable of fast track action and media savvy.
**Well-experienced in handling PR/Media assignments against set deadlines.
**Net savvy with excellent computer skills (MS Office)·
**Able to network and develop contacts with people in the media and PR bodies.

3. Teacher Trainers

Job Description :
**Be a part UC’s team of educational specialists in delivering high quality training programmes that can bring about school improvement in a fundamental way.
**Collect, devise and share with schools, successful teaching methodologies that can be implemented in the classroom.

Desired Profile :
Senior educationists – former teachers, principals, academics, 35+ years old, bright, academically oriented persons with very strong teaching background and educational fundamentals.
**Good presentation and training skills.
**Strong teaching experience in subject of choice.

4. Educational Specialists

**Unified Council’s mission is to significantly improve the quality of learning in schools by developing innovative, research-based products.
**India has a large number of teachers and principals (the practitioners) and it has educational experts – but it probably lacks the catalyst breed of educational technologists (those who understand the theory, try it out in practice and modify it suitably). Unified Council attempts to provide that breed for India’s educational system.

Job Description :
** Be a part of Unified Council’s team of educational specialists in developing high quality diagnostic tests that can accurately pin-point the level of learning and provide specific feedback for improvement.
** Instructional designing/curriculum related books.
** Participate in subject-based research projects with the objective of designing more effective assessment methods.

Desired Profile :
** Very strong academic fundamentals (school level English, Math, Science) – should have got 80%+ in school Board exams.
** Teaching/educational experience highly desirable; should be aware of children’s abilities at different classes.
** Able to think innovatively, likes to read.
**Comfortable with internet surfing and usage.
