Education & Experience:
**B.E Mechanical or B.E Electrical or any relevant qualification with experience of 3-5 yrs.
**Minimum 2 Years of experience in Planning function in a supply chain/ FMCG company.

Functional Competencies:
**Conversant with planning tools
**Working Knowledge/expertise of ERP
**Should have exposure to FMCG / Distribution company
**Working proficiency in the usage of MS-Office Tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

Roles & Responsibilities:
**Prepare monthly demand plan and collaborate with unit operations team on same
**Do capacity analysis and ensure optimum utilization of capacities
**Ensure optimum inventories are maintained to ensure on-time delivery of goods (The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of operations.)
**Lead day-to-day planning and execution of the monthly plan
**Ensure material availability in coordination with the Purchase team
**Analysis of the Pending Sales orders and planning material for future sales orders
**To meet shipment target as per customer requirement in coordination with dispatch function.
**Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
**Upload forecast with correct method and ensure logical stock planning as per business need.
**MIS Reporting – Weekly and Monthly MIS Reports on deliverables planned

**Building & leading a sales team focused on outlet coverage & regular billing for leading Pharma OTC & FMCG companies.
**Building beat plans for team & ensuring adherence of the same in the market.
**Interacting with distributors and ensuring fulfilment against orders generated
**Meeting retailers regularly and ensuring complete resolution of their queries & concerns

3. Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities:
**Leading the Team of Chat, Email, and Social Media. providing the right information.
**Answering or making outbound transactions to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
**Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
**Communicates with other departments to answer customers’ inquiries, solve their problems and fulfill their needs
**Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.
**Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
