Job Responsibilities:
**Conceptualize, write, and edit persuasive and informative copy for a variety of content needs to include-Television commercials, Digital product descriptions, and Video descriptions as needed.
**Create enticing, brand appropriate copy for a variety of requests across digital media.
**Assists with developing content campaigns alongside an internal marketing calendar (event, product and trend based)
**Assists in the creation of written content for products alongside Design/Product Development teams, including but not limited to: internal and external collateral as well as product titles, descriptions, etc.
**Provides insight on opportunities and challenges to optimize content strategy.
**Work with the social media team to gather sharable consumer behaviors to optimize content creation.

Requirements:
**Master/ Bachelor Degree in Mass communication & Creative writing skills.
**Minimum 2 years related experience.
**Have a high degree of attention to detail, while writing with perfect grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
**Organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable with technology.
**Ability to work independently

2. Art Director

Location: Hyderabad

Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
** Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites.
** Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size.
** Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
** Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
** Present the design to clients or the director.

Requirements:
** 5+ years experience
** Drawing skills and the ability to adapt to a wide range of styles
** Working closely with the copywriter to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfill the client’s brief
** Producing sketches or ‘storyboards’ (television) or ‘roughs’ or ‘scamps’ (print) to communicate ideas to the client
** Pitching ideas to clients
** Briefing other members of the creative team
** Commissioning photographers, artists or film-makers to work on projects
** Visiting and assessing locations for potential shoots
** Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality
** Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
** Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
** Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Photoshop etc)
** Highly proficient in all design aspects
** Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
** English fluency and strong communication, organization and time-management skills are essential for this role
** Knowledge in Adobe After Effects and Premiere etc is plus

**Pre-production knowledge, Story boarding, Basics of photography, Layer based compositing, Motion graphics
**Visualize, brainstorm, ideate & transform ideas into effective designs/artwork/templates
**Take a brief to grasp production team’s needs and specifications
**Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
**Input music, dialogues, graphics and effects
**Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film
**Work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-project workflow environment
**Pro-active problem solver. Develop creative solutions on the fly to meet objectives
**Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
**Designing models, backgrounds, sets, elements, objects and the animation environment
**Using technical software packages, such as Maya, Adobe Master Collection – Adobe CC 2015
**Recording dialogue and working with editors to composite the various layers of animation (backgrounds, special effects, characters and graphics) in order to produce the finished piece

**Creative mind and storytelling skills
