** Prepare annual training calendar for technical employees (foremen and operators)
** Budgeting
** Prepare training module for technical training (agri implements – harvestor, tractor etc)

3.Technical Training Manager

Qualification:BE / B.Tech Mechanical or Automobile or Agri
Years of Experience: Overall 8 years, 5 years in technical training (Agri implements) is mandatory
Preferred industries: Tractor industry, Agri implement manufacturers
** Create and compile data – technical training needs identification for respective territories
** Prepare monthly training calendar for technical field staff (Operator, Technician and Foreman)
** Organize and conduct training for technical field staff as per schedule
** Create, manage and update various technical training reports

4.Lead – New Technical Product & Services

Qualification:BE / B.Tech Mechanical or Automobile or Agri
Years of Experience: 15-20 years (min 10 years in Agri equipment service or product development line)
Preferred industries: Agri implement manufacturers
** Harnessing product manufacturers knowledge for new service line
** Conducting “Services Research” Hub / Centre wise with farmers

** Preparing state wise / Centre wise / Crop wise / Cost of cultivation
** Creating Product profile (manufacturer wise, for each crop)
** Machine suitability evaluation in the field
** Identification of services required, crop wise for each state
