Responsibilities and Duties :
**Forming and maintaining employee records
**Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
**Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
**Communicating with external partners
**Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
**Helping with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
**Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
**Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
**Systematically filing important company documents.
**Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
**Hiring maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.

Qualification : B.Tech / BE Electrical Engineering

Experience :
**Minimum 8years and above required.
**Outstanding verbal and communication skills.
**Must be well versed in local language (English & Hindi preferred).

Responsibilities & Duties :

**Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications and schematics associated with trade.
**Must have in-depth knowledge in Auto cad or Rev it design software.
**Capable of preparing drawings from concept until finishing.
**Good knowledge in Building Utilities.
**Familiar with bylaws, Industry standards.
**Should have good understanding for the above said requirements and must be willing to coordinate with site teams.
**Should have good knowledge in tender documentation.
**Preparation of BOQs and specification for the design proposed.
**Should be proactive and able to work independently.
**Making site visits to check on progress.
**Travel to meet clients as and when required.

3. MEP cum Civil Draftsman

Qualification : Diploma Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Location : Bangalore (Willing to travel / relocate anywhere in India)
Experience :
**Minimum 8years and above required.
**Good verbal and communication skills.
**Must be well versed in local language (English & Hindi preferred).

Responsibilities and Duties :

**Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications and schematics associated with trade.
