Instructions for filing Online Registration Application for Warehouse on MPOnline Portal :
** Download User’s Manual from the download link.
** The User has to register separately each time for Ware houses at different locations.
** However, if the warehouses are at the same location, they can be added in the same Registration Application.
** User can register by clicking New User Link.
** Once registered, “Registered Successfully” message will be displayed.
** Then the Registered user has to click on Login link to participate in Private warehouse Registration System.
** Once Login Four links will be displayed.
** Private Warehouse Registration
** Payment for Registration of Warehouse
** Duplicate Receipt for Registration of Warehouse
** Application Form for JV/Rental Scheme**
** Applicant clicks on Private Warehouse Registration Link.
** Registration window opens in front of the Applicant.
** All the required fields in the Application Form have to be filled.
** Registration Fee will be charged 40 Paisa /MT (Capacity)
** Registration Amount and the registration fee will be displayed on the screen
** Excluding MPOnline Portal Fee.
** Once the Registration Button is clicked, Proceed for Payment Button will be Enabled.
** As soon as the Applicant clicks on Proceed for Payment Button new Window for payment will be opened.
** Applicant can pay registration fee by using MPOnline provided payment gateway.
** Payment Mode- Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking

Note : Please ensure to make payment of requisite fees within specified time, as described by MPWLC, Bhopal.

** If Applicant wants to pay fees through kiosk then Applicant will have to give registration fee amount in cash to KIOSK or CSC and Collect the Payment Receipt.
** If an Applicant due to any reason is not able to pay the registration fee, then he can pay by using Payment for Registration of Warehouse Link, which is available on login page link
** On successful submission the Applicant will receive a confirmation Email and SMS.
** Quoting the application number for all future correspondence is mandatory.
** Applicant clicks on Application Form for JV/Rental Scheme Link.
** All the required fields in the Application Form have to be filled.
** MPOnline portal Fee will be charged INR 55/- per transaction.
** Submitted application will be redirected to the Department end for the further process.

Note: Only private warehouse owner having warehouse registration number generated by MPOnline portal will be able to apply for JV/Rental Scheme.
