Job Duties:

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5~7 year experience in any customer support voice process
2. Experience in MIS / CRM or Ticketing Software.
3. English, Hindi and any additional regional language will be an added advantage.
4. Fast learner / Responsive / Collaborative / Team Work.
5. Geographical knowledge and prior experience in planning of tours.
6. Customer Centric & Result Oriented.

KRAs:
Talent Acquisition:
** Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
** Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the concerned person.
** Sourcing Prospective Candidates using various Job Portals, Resume Databases and also via job postings.
** Shortlisting and Scrutinizing profiles as per necessary requirements.
** Interview coordination and timely closure of positions.
** Negotiation and Release Offer Letter.
** Post offer follows up till joining.
** Maintaining an MIS on the hiring status and Closures did for a quarter.
** Facilitate smooth on boarding of employees after joining

HR Operations:
** Meet employee regular basis to conduct monthly grievance redressal etc.
** Design and Implement Company specific HR policies and Human Resource Services.
** Drive on boarding
** Maintain HR Dashboard
** Ensure employee engagement through various activities
** Employee orientation, development, and training
** Attendance Management
** Employee Relations
** Reward and Recognition.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 5yrs+
Industry Experience: Non-IT preferred.
Attitude: Open to change, enjoy building relationships, communication (humanist conversation), Self driven.
