1.Senior HR Manager

Total Experience: 12 – 15 years
Designation: Sr. Manager- HR
Desired Qualification: Graduation in Human Resources Management
Industry Background: Manufacturing industries
Salary CTC: 5 – 6 Lakh
Position Base: Noida / Greater Noida

Principle Accountabilities:
** Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
** Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
** Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
** Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
** Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
** Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
** Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
** Offer training and development opportunities to the new employee.
** Provide a performance based incentive rather than a timely incentive.

2.  Application Engineer

1 to 5 year experience preferred. However, freshers may be considered . Educational Qualification required: B.Tech (Mechanical) B.Sc. (PCM), MBA.

3.Sr. Asst Manager

Total Experience: 10 – 15 years
Designation: Sr. Asst Manager
Desired Qualification: Material Management / Graduation in any discipline
Industry Background: Manufacturing industries
Salary CTC: 5 – 6 Lakh
Position Base: Noida / Greater Noida

Principle Accountabilities:
** Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
** Tracking and reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
** Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff and allocating tasks
** Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines etc.
** Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records and related documentation.
** Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
** Familiar with manufacturing activities, process
** Able to maintain documentation required as per standard
** Working to improve purchasing systems and processes
** Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
