2.Team Coordinator
Job Description for Coordination Profile:
** Client relationship management-, Coordination with the Client (Banks /NBFC’s officials)
** Client Dealing: Communication via phone Emails Receiving requests from Banks/NBFC’s and registering the same in the system, allocating the same to the concerned executive and arranging the site visits.
** Updating the status of the case to the concerned clients (Banks/NBFC’s) time to time.
** Sending the MIS/ Mails to the concerned Banks/ Banks/NBFC’s as well as to the seniors within the organization
** Trouble shooting & helping the clients in resolving the problems; if any
** Taking feedbacks from the clients and ensuring the time bound delivery of the ‘reports’ to the clients
Skills & Requirements:
** Smart graduates with Bachelors’ degree in any discipline Basic Computer knowledge -MS Office and Typing speed min 25-30 wpm
** Good communication skill with pleasing personality, Self-confident, punctual and professional over the phone
