6 Months Industrial Training Program :
Kalosoft Systems Technologies Pvt. Ltd provides 6 months Industrial Training for MCA, M.Sc IT/ CS and PGDCA. Undergraduate students can also apply and will only be considered on discretion from the management.
Company’s vision to provide training is to enhance the practical knowledge of aspiring students for IT industry and thus contribute in making of quality software engineers. Company also wish to endorse its name in the training arena rather than just remain confined with software, consulting and online business.
Program Inclusion:
Project training is given on Windows and Web-Based Technologies using .Net as a platform.
Training program is provided to get effective quality work on the projects which can be used by our clients and also in existing & upcoming projects of our company.

We are looking for dedicated coders and designers who are ready to give their 100% time and efforts on project learning and its development.

Schedule and Training Culture :
We believe in 20% theoretical and 80% practical learning. Hence we limit classroom teaching and will impart teaching by assigning task and challenges over live projects.
Although, schedule can be planned for the classroom training by mutual decision taken between management and interns.
Interns will be managed under different teams and will be coordinated by a Team Leader. Each student will be answerable to its corresponding Team Leader and Project Manager for any technical issue and problem solving concerns.
For any other issues like “Holidays” you have to report to Senior Manager and Project Manager.
Workshops will be conducted for team building and teaching is imparted by Youtube Video (we are trying this for the first time to help our interns) .This will include explanation from Inside Harvard University, Jeff Bezoz (Amazon.com) Founder, and Indian Entrepreneurs.
Guest lectures are scheduled from industry professionals in field of Technology, Telecommunication, Finance, Agriculture, and consultancy. See list of guest speakers Guest speakers
Theoretical explanation of SEO (Search Engine Optimization Concept) and practical training of SEO concept by working over live projects- MSDSEXESS.com and Framt.com is also under training schedule. This training includes Technical SEO along with the Link building activities and their correctness.

We are expecting application from those students who are head-strong in investing their 100% dedication and efforts in the work since their work has direct impact over live projects from our clients. The work may demand extended hours of working so leaves during the time of training are very restricted and are only permitted by the Project Manager in case of emergency.
