Tech Support Engineer

Industries : Information Technology and Services
Experience : 0-1 year
Qualifications : B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA or other Computer Science / IT related disciplines

Job Description :
** Identifying hardware and software solutions.
** Troubleshooting technical issues.
** Diagnosing and repairing faults.
** Installing and configuring hardware and software.
** Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
** Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
** Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
** Following up with clients to ensure the problem is resolved.
** Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
** Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
** Managing multiple cases at one time.
** Testing and evaluating new technologies.

Technical Support Requirements :
** Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
** Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
** Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
** Excellent interpersonal skills.
** Good written and verbal communication.

Technical Requirements :
** Basic knowledge of HTML Bootstrap and Javascript
** Knowledge of Web server like Apache Tomcat or any other

Experience : Fresher
Qualifications: Third Year or Final Year ( B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA ) or other Computer Science / IT related discipline
Additional Qualifications: Good knowledge of Java and JavaScript

Job Description :
** Developing applications (coding, programming)
** Debugging and testing code
** Documenting and testing new software applications
** Researching, investigating and fixing a wide range of technical issues
** Collaborating with senior leaders
** Approaching problems and creating solutions
** Proactively learning about new technologies
** Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
** Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback

Technical Requirements :
** Experience in programming with C, C++, Java
** Good to have a knowledge in at least one popular web framework – Spring
** Good knowledge in Web API, SOAP and REST service know how and well versed in MVC architecture
** Expertise in HTML, CSS3, Bootstrap. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, knowledge of Ajax, jQuery is good to have
** JSON, REST APIs
** Understanding of Python/AI/ML is a plus
** Understanding Testing frameworks is a plus
