Jet Airways selection Process.
Jet Airways has invited applications from CPL holders for the post “First Officers”. We extend our thanks to Jet Airways for giving an opportunity and the same time a ray of hope for many unemployed CPL holders in India. For Non Type Rated Indian CPL holders, this will be a golden opportunity to get into the airline, as Jet Airways does not asked for neither type rating nor multi engine for appearing in the written examination. As per the company website, candidates who have valid and current Indian DGCA CPL, FRTO, IR/LR, RTR (A) and Class I medical can apply for the post. It is being heard from different corners that it is not compulsory to have a current IR for appearing for the written examinations. But that is yet to confirm.

As usual, Jet Airways recruitment team may conduct a preliminary examination in different centers in India. And those who clear the preliminary exam may get call for the next stage.

Here is an overview of the selection process conducted by Jet Airways, last time (FEB 2011) for the post of “Trainee First Officer”. We wish it could be useful for those who are preparing for the examination.
