1. FMCG Executive, Asset Management – FMCG
Location:West/North/South/East
Job Description :
Develop asset protection strategies, controls, and asset awareness with Asset Control & Retail Services.
** Conducts and manages detailed investigations on all issues related to loss/theft/fraud within the supply chain, with Customers/vendors etc.
** Communicates findings of all investigations with appropriate members of management. Goal is to reduce asset loss and minimize risk.
** Responsible for regular review and analysis of Supply Chain/Asset Management issues.
** Provide analytical support to the LEAP business with the specific objective of identifying opportunities for improvement
** Support recovery activities with field Asset Recovery representatives.
** Help the business and Asset Management team to identify and correct inventory control problems at customer locations and Non-Participating Distributors.
** Effectively utilize all available resources to initiate investigations
** Analyse data and make recommendations to assist with investigations of recyclers
** Assist in identifying patterns or trends of fraudulent behaviour within the supply chain
** Devise conclusions from limited information to help solve problems with pallet flows issues, losses, theft, and/or fraud
** An ability to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, able to quickly respond to new deadlines and priorities

** Execution of Asset Protection strategy
** Increased Supply Chain Intelligence
** Increased Asset Control
** Decrease non- revenue (fraudulent) activity
** Takes ownership of tasks on a projects with little or no assistance
** Interpretation and analysis to support various business scenarios and hypothesis
** Provide input/clarity on business requirements and make recommendations to implement those requirements
** Motivating Others, Managing Courage, Customer Focus, Integrity & Trust, Priority Setting, Drive for Results, Decision Quality, Dealing with Ambiguity.
Skills and Knowledge:
** Experience with Microsoft Office applications: (Excel, Access, Word)
** Results oriented possessing strong influencing skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment. This position requires critical thinking and problem solving with varying degrees of complexity.
** Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines with little advanced notice
** Strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish relationships and influence people are a must.
** Process and data modelling skills desired
** Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal, and the ability to present difficult concepts in clear and concise terms to all levels within the organization. This person will be required to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with company and local law enforcement personnel.
