MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTION :
The module for Medical Transcription is a comprehensive but compressed course. The course consists of Theory and Practical training. The duration of the course is 6 months. This course was designed by experienced Medical Transcriptionists who have worked in the US and have designed this course for Indian conditions. We are aware that other training institutes ‘claim’ to be able to train you within 3 months – but we know from experience that this is not possible for the majority.

Our training course is divided as follows:
The first three months consists of Theory and Practical.
The last three months consists of only Practical Training.

The Theory consists of the following:
** English.
** American pronunciation and spelling.
** Medical Terminology.
** Transcription rules.

Practical Training is given in a live environment for the last three months of the training course.

CALL CENTER :
We focus on providing comprehensive and detailed training in the following so as to meet the requirements of the multi-cultural process environment of the industry.
** American Accent.
** British Accent.
** Australian Accent.
** Accent Neutralization.

We train candidates to effectively use various CRM tools, the art of multi-tasking, and team work for achieving business targets. We teach you techniques that enhance individual performance metrics.

Detailed attention is also given to the following skills that are mandatory for successful employment with some of the renowned names in the industry.
** Stress Management.
** Surviving Night Shifts.
** Interview Handling Skills.

HUMAN CAPITAL :
