Instruction :
1. Enter your Registration Number in the text box as given during the application form submission ( Eg U4UAYXMZ ).
2. Enter your Medical Board Reg Number in the text box as given during the application form submission.
3. Hit the download button and save your admit card.
4. Print your admit.
5. This should be brought at the exam, without which you will not be allowed to appear for exams.
6. Please carry your photo id proof for along with your admit card at the exam.
