Applications are invited from eligible candidates in the prescribed format for the following positions in the M. S. University of Baroda.

1.Name of the post : P. S. TO REGISTRAR

Qualifications:
1. A Graduate in any discipline with good knowledge of English, Hindi and Gujarati.
2. Typing speed of 40 w.p.m. and proficiency in Computer, especially the use of MS Office.
3. Shorthand speed of 60 w.p.m.
4. Three years of experience of working in office administration.

Qualifications:

2. Experience of 3 years of accounts / stores.
3. Proficiency in computer, especially the use of MS Office and Tally.

5 Name of the post : GUEST HOUSE SUPERVISOR

Pay Band + Grade Pay : Rs.9300-34800 + Rs.4400
Qualifications:
1. A graduate in any discipline with good Knowledge of English, Hindi and Gujarati.
2. Diploma in Hotel Management with experience of at least 3 years or Certificate course in Hotel
Management with at least 5 years experience of working in reputed Hotel or Guest House in a
responsible administrative position.
3. Proficiency in computer and the knowledge of MS office is desirable

6 Name of the post : DRIVER
No. of post : 1
Pay Band + Grade Pay : Rs.5200-20200 + Rs.1900
Qualifications:
1. Not be less than 18 years of age.
2. Must possess valid license for light and heavy motor vehicles.
3. Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSC) examination (or an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the appropriate authorities) with five years of experience of driving light/ heavy motor vehicles OR passed Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination (or an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the appropriate authorities) with ten years of experience in driving light/heavy motors vehicles.
4. Must possess adequate knowledge of basic motors vehicles maintenance, traffic signs and hand signals.
5. Have good physique with,-
In case of male candidate:
(i) Height not less than 162 centimetres (158 centimetres in case of candidate belonging to Scheduled Tribes of the Gujarat origin) and
(ii) Chest measurement of not less than 84 centimetres when full inflated with a minimum expansion of 5 centimetres.
6. Candidate should not be colour-blind and must have good vision with or without glasses.
7. Must have adequate knowledge of Gujarati and / or Hindi.
In case of female candidate, height not less than 158 centimeters (155 centimeters in case of candidate belonging to Scheduled Tribes of the Gujarat Origin)

Fee: Bank draft of Rs.400/- (Rs.100/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of “The Registrar, The M. S. University of Baroda” and payable at Vadodara
