Due to large scale destruction of infrastructure and dislocation of essential services like water and electricity in the aftermath of the recent cyclone in Odisha it would not be possible to hold the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination, 2013 at Berhampur (Ganjam, Odhisha) centre on 27.10.2013. All the
candidates who have been allotted venues in Berhampur (Ganjam,Odhisha) centre on 27.10.2013 are hereby informed that the said examination at Berhampur (Ganjam, Odisha) is postponed. Instructions to be followed:
1)The candidate will be admitted to take the examination at the centre specified in Admission Certificate only and at no other centre.
2)No candidate will be admitted to the examination unless he holds a valid Admission Certificate issued by the commission.
3)No candidate will be admitted to the examination after the commencement of examination
4)The candidate should not bring any other paper except the Admission Certificate to the examination hall.Candidates found using or attempting to use any unfair means shall be liable to such punishment as the Commission may decide to impose.

8)Candidates who are found in possession in Mobile phone/Cellular Phone/Pagers and other unauthorized electronic gadgets after commencement of examination inside the examination hall whether in use or not will be deemed to have been using unfair means and accordingly be liable to penal action deemed fit ,including cancellation of candidature and their debartment from future examinations conducted by S.S.C for 5 years
9)Candidates should bring with him/her 4 copies of passport size photographs and nay of his/her photo identity proof in original such as voter’s ID .passport ,Driving License,PAN Card,AAdhaar Card failing which he/she will not be allowed for the examination
10)Candidates will have to darken the braces by Blue or Black ball Point pen in the specifies space of both sides on OMR sheet
11)candidates who have submitted online applications and whose names appear in the list of incomplete applications in the website https://ssc.nic.in/ must submit copies of bank challan/bank statement to the invigilator as proof of payment of fees
