With Zuti’s deep expertise in simulation-driven design and computational design technologies, we not only provide innovative product design and engineering solutions, but also provide a decisive edge to careers with our training services.

We offer a comprehensive range of courses and workshops in design and CAE that are structured to provide you with practical industry knowledge and enhance your capabilities to apply the technologies. Zuti’s training services are offered in a variety of formats through regularly scheduled classes or adapted to suit your requirements for onsite training.

In partnership with Altair Engineering – the worldwide leader in Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) technologies, and Parametric Technologies Corporation – a leader in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), we provide industry certified training courses. Advanced specialist training courses are available on request, which allow participants to interact with our experts working at the forefront of simulation and computational design technologies.

Computer Aided Engineering (CAE):
Finite Element Modelling and Analysis with Altair HyperWorks
Finite Element Analysis for Design – Theory and Applications
Design Synthesis and Optimization with Altair Optistruct
Advanced Structural Optimization – Theory, Concepts and Implementation

Product Design (CAD):
Computer Aided Design with Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0
Finite Element Modelling and Analysis with Altair HyperWorks

Computer Aided Design with Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 5.0 :
The course is structured to impart and reinforce methods and techniques in Pro/Engineer to successfully complete product design tasks from capturing design intent to production drawings. Further the course builds through the detailed knowledge of the tool with an overall perspective of the product design and development process. The practice examples have been carefully created to encourage the engineer to explore the techniques in the tool and to make effective usage of the tool for mechanical product designing. Finally, the capstone project aims to bring the individual learning modules into an integrated whole and help the engineers to give shape to designs from concept through final design assembly and detailing.

Finite Element Modelling and Analysis with Altair HyperWorks :
Finite Element Modelling with HyperMesh is a CAE foundation course offered by Verimetrix Technologies (Training Division of Zuti Engineering Solutions) in collaboration with Altair Engineering. The course aims to build strong skill sets in finite element modeling using HyperMesh and introduce students to model debugging with OptiStruct. The course prepares the students to take up a career path in CAE and sets a solid foundation to further their skills in advanced analysis and engineering simulation.

The course is structured on Verimetrix’s successful case based learning approach. It is a combination of lectures, practical exercises and real life projects. While the carefully structured exercises help to understand and reinforce the modeling concepts using HyperMesh, the projects help the student to evolve effective strategies to solve practical problems keeping in view time and project management constraints. The course is of 4 weeks duration with 120+ contact hours.

Benefits:
Taught by Experts – course taught by practicing engineers with extensive project experience.
Case Based Learning Approach – helps to reinforce concepts and best practices with applications and real world orientation.
Modular – the course is modular for clear understanding with project work.
Exploratory – the course encourages the student to explore and discover efficient modeling approaches.
Continuously Updated Training Material – course material is continuously updated and is taught with the latest version of the software (Altair HyperWorks v10.0).
