1. Application Developer – ActionScript 3 / AIR

We invite ActionScript 3 / AIR Application Developers to join the team that empowers educators to ignite a lifelong love for learning among students of all ages and abilities.

Responsibility:
** Design, develop and maintain high-performance, end-user software for interactive multimedia and e-learning products using ActionScript 3
** Develop Air Native Extensions (ANE) alongwith ActionScript API wrappers to extend ActionScript’s capabilities
** Work through all phases of application development (Planning, Defining, Designing, Building, Testing and Deployment)
** Contribute to the technical documentation process

Requirements:
** Proven technical abilities in ActionScript 3 and AIR with a good command of AS3 library and event handling model (Minimum 3 years)
** Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
** Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
** Proven experience with traditional SQL databases and APIs
** Experience in developing Rich Internet Applications
** Experience in designing intuitive user interfaces and navigation
** Ability to write clean, efficient and well documented code
** A passion for technology and a strong desire to actively maintain this knowledge

2. Application Developer – Adobe Director (Lingo) / C++

We invite Adobe Director (Lingo) / C++ Application Developers to join the team that empowers educators to ignite a lifelong love for learning among students of all ages and abilities.

Responsibility:
** Design, develop and maintain high-performance, end-user software for interactive multimedia and e-learning products
** Design and develop rich internet applications using the company’s application development framework written entirely in Director Lingo
** Help migrate the framework to open source technologies such as SFML, OpenFrameworks using ANSI C++
** Contribute to the technical documentation process

Requirements:
** Proven technical abilities in the areas of Adobe Director Lingo and/or C++ application development (Minimum 5 years)
** Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
** Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
** Proven experience with traditional SQL databases and APIs
** Ability to write clean, efficient and well documented code
** A passion for technology and a strong desire to actively maintain this knowledge

3. 2D Artist

We invite creative 2D Artists to join the team that empowers educators to make learning more impactful and to improve student achievement. Designed by educators, for educators, our products ignite a lifelong love for learning among students of all ages and abilities.

Responsibility:
** Create quick sketches and storyboards to visually communicate given text
** Create detailed character and background graphics based on storyboards

Requirements:
** Strong drawing skills with emphasis on form, shape, structure, and silhouette in regards to illustration and environmental design
** Excellent colour sense
** Ability to pay attention to detail
** Ability to work creatively and to deadlines and specification
** Self-motivated and a team-player with good communication skills
** Experience in 2D animation will be considered a plus

4. 2D Animator

Responsibility:
** Create character and background animation based on storyboards
** Build up accurate, detailed frame-by-frame visuals
** Develop the timing and pace of the movements of a character or object during the sequence of images and ensure that they follow the soundtrack and audio requirements

Requirements:
** Must have good working knowledge of Flash
** Must have a good sense of layout and presentation
** Ability to visualize from different camera angles
** Ability to pay attention to detail
** Ability to work creatively and to deadlines and specification
** Self-motivated and a team-player with good communication skills
