Job Opportunities

1. Accounts / Admin Executive

Vadavalli – Coimbatore

Responsibilities:
** Handle accounts in Tally, book keeping, voucher entries, generate periodic reports
** Maintain cash book, day book etc
** Payment handling – vendors / salaries / TDS matters
** GST filing online
** Admin roles – office AMC, upkeep, internal audit, stock taking, etc
** Prepare files for auditor for IT filing

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
** B.Com or M.Com
** Tally experience for at least 2 years
** Experience with GST report / filing
** Very good with written / spoken English
** Experience with handling digital documents, email correspondece, google drive etc
** Must have a two wheeler

Pay & Compensation:
** 8-12 k per month, based on experience and skills
** Insurance cover
** Local fuel / mileage allowance

2. Travel Consultant

Coimbatore

Responsibilities:
** Position is based at Vadavalli, Coimbatore
** Handle client enquiries and negotiate prices
** Client relationship management
** Client travel management – transport, insurance and 3rd party coordination
** Devise strategies and campaigns for retail and bulk marketing
** Empanel and monitor tour operators / sub agents as our Channel Partners
** Digital marketing and sales functions

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
** Graduate or Post Graduate in Tourism Studies
** At least 2 years experience in Tourism or Travel Industry
** Very good abilities in written English / diligence in record keeping
** Ability to travel and work independently
** Self driven and highly motivated
** Candidates must be fit and with good personality
** Knowledge of Hindi will be an advantage
** Have driving license and own vehicle.

Pay & Compensation:
** 1.5 ~ 2.25 lacs p.a, based on experience and skills
** NALS will give hands on training at its campus
** Boarding and lodging at NALS campus during training
