1. Purchase Inventory Manager

Education Qualification: Graduate/post Garduate/MBA

Job Profile:
** Analysis material requirement and understanding the ordering plan of Product team based on that place the order on Vendor (On Vendor Portal Or PO Creation in SAP System)
** Review Ageing Norms and Porcess is followed at all level. Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
** Weekly discussion with Product / Business Team on Clearance of Ageing Stock
** Devloping system and Process to track B2B Inventory and Follow up with Sales team and Zonal manager to bill out B2B Stock.
** Review the Work of the team and to give the resolution of Pending issue, setting KRA and expectation and review the achievement against the same
** Timely Communicating with Vendor for any pending issue with Vendor and daily co-ordination with Vendor for Expediting shipment delivery and getting schedule of dispatches.
** Review the RMA tracker and follow up for RMA approval and Material return to vendor and CN against the same.
** Review the Stock available in various location like Shortage location, DOA Location, Insurance location, Damage Stock.
** Discuss with respective team and take corrective action
** Follow up with Sales team for Any pending Ordering Compliance Documents Support to Vendor Payment team and Banking team for any PO related issue.
** Review the TAT of team on any mail of External or internal people.
** Assiging the Task to team in proper manner so that work load can be shared equally among the team member.
** Preparing the MIS and Report to the management. Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
** Tracking the Stock pull out given for Service Replacement and Quantity and Value to be claimed from Vendor agianst the stock pull out.

Desired Candidate’s Profile:
** Good Leadership and effective communication is require.
** Able to Handle team Size of 10+ members
** Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
** Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
** An analytical mind with strong math skills knowledge of SAP in MM module is mandatory

2. Pre Sales Manager

Education Qualification:Graduate/post Garduate/MBA

Job Profile:
** Lead the day – to – day activities of the Presales team including work assignment, status tracking and progress reporting.
** Design / Develop, Build, Unit Test and update project documents for Windows and Web Based applications built using MS Technologies & Azure
** Developing solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud using both PaaS and IaaS approaches
** Work with resellers, Development Managers, and Business Analysts to clearly define and understand business requirements, development estimation, and work plans for multiple internal enterprise projects.
** Work with MS Lead Architects to conceptualize and prototype the appropriate solution, present to the Customer team and document the design of the business component and database objects required to implement the solution. Recommend technological solutions/options when required on projects and teams to achieve business objectives.
** Coordinate with other SE and cross functional team members,
** Maintain deep knowledge of the market for Azure cloud services, enterprise applications, business process management, advanced analytics
** Develop recommendations for operating model development to implement transformation initiatives

Desired Candidate’s Profile:
** Sound experience in Azure products, WVD, Backup/DR, Well versed with skills needed for other cloud services technologies such as GCP, AWS.
** Should be well versed with different engineering metrics like code coverage, code metrics etc
** Angular, C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, Cassandra, Solr, HDFS, WCF, ADFS, Entity Framework, LINQ, JSON and JQuery. (Good if well versed)
** Gained experience in developing solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure Cloud using both PaaS and IaaS approaches.
** Good Analysis Skills
** Good ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
** Sound interpersonal and team working skills.
** Sound ability to take on multiple assignments.
** Good Communication in oral and written.
** Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
