Scholarships For B.Tech & Dual Degree :
1) Scholarship : Institute Merit-cum-Means Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria : Parents annual income not exceeding Rs.4,50,000/-
Amount of Scholarship :Available for 25% of students admitted. Rs.1,000/- p.m. plus exemption from payment of tuition fees per semester for students upto 2007 batch and Rs 25,000/- per semester from 2008 batch onwards. Renewal of scholarship every semester is subject to a minimum GPA of 5.0. in the previous semester.

2) Scholarship :Institute free studentship
Amount of Scholarship :10% of students admitted. Exemption from payment of tuition fees Rs.13,500/- per semester for students upto 2007 batch and Rs 25,000/- per semester from 2008 batch onwards. Renewal of scholarship every semester is subject to a minimum GPA of 5.0. in the previous semester.

3) Scholarship : Institute Notional Prize
Eligibility Criteria : On the basis of rank in the JEE and parents annual income not exceeding Rs.4,50,000/-
Amount of Scholarship : 7% of students admitted. A notional prize of Rs.1000/- (One time award) and a certificate of merit.

4) Scholarship : Institute SC/ST Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria : Parents annual income not exceeding Rs.4,50,000/-
Amount of Scholarship : Free messing (basic menu only) with pocket allowance of Rs.250/- p.m. and exemption of hostel seat rent. (Tuition fee is exempted for all SC/ST students). Renewal of scholarship every semester is subject to a minimum GPA of 5.0. in the previous semester.

5) Scholarship : Girish Ready Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria :
1) On the basis of highest JEE rank and parents income not exceeding Rs.5,00,000/-(2 scholarships)
2) On the basis of best all round performance in the previous school years and parents annual income not exceeding Rs.5,00,000/- (one scholarship).
Amount of Scholarship : Rs.25,000/- per year and the renewal of scholarship in the subsequent years is subject to a minimum GPA of 8. in the previous semester.

6) Scholarship : Indian Womens Association at Bonn Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria : On the basis of rank in JEE and parents annual income up to 5 lakhs.
Amount of Scholarship : Rs.1,250/- p.m. to one B.Tech student for 12 months only.

7) Scholarship : Sri V Ranga Raju Memorial scholarship
Eligibility Criteria : On the basis of Merit cum Means. Parents annual income up to Rs.5 lakhs. When MCM being equal, preference will be given to students from rural areas.
Amount of Scholarship : Rs.500/- p.m. to one B.Tech student for 4 years. Renewal of scholarship every semester is subject to a minimum GPA of 5.0.

8) Scholarship : Kanchi Kamakoti Jagadguru Sri Chandrasekarendra Saraswathi Endowment Award
Eligibility Criteria : On the basis of Merit cum Means. Parents annual income up to Rs. 5.5 lakhs
Amount of Scholarship : One time payment of Rs.2,500/- to one first year B.Tech student.

9) Scholarship : Prof. Narasimhan Fellowship
Eligibility Criteria : On the basis of academic performance in the previous year. CS students having highest CGPA of (III & IV) and (V & VI) semesters.
Amount of Scholarship : Rs.500/- p.m. for one student each B.Tech/Dual Degree.

10) Scholarship : Dr K Vasanth Rau Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria : Based on JEE rank and parental income up to Rs. 5.50 lakhs. (one student for the entire duration of the programme) Rs 25,000/- per annum.
Amount of Scholarship : Renewable based on GPA of 6.5 and above.

Scholarships For M.Tech :
1) Scholarship : Half-time Teaching Assistantship
Eligibility Criteria : Admitted through GATE for regular students.
Amount of Scholarship : Rs.8,000/- p.m. for 24 months.

2) Scholarship : DAE, DGFS Scholarship by DRDO
Eligibility Criteria : Awarded to 3 M.Tech. Regular Students
Amount of Scholarship : At Rs.11,000/- p.m. for 24 months and Rs.5,000/- towards educational materials allowance (one time). Also reimbursement of Tuition fee of Rs.2,500/- per semester. Selection through interview by DAE

3) Scholarship : AERB scholarship
Eligibility Criteria : Awarded to 4 M.Tech. Students in AE/CS/ME/ MM Branches
Amount of Scholarship : At Rs.11,000/- p.m. for 24 months and Rs.5,000/- towards educational materials allowance (one time). Also reimbursement of Tuition fee of Rs.2,500/- per semester. Selection through interview by DAE.

4) Scholarship : ARDB scholarship by Dept. of Aeronautics, Research & Development Board, New Delhi
Eligibility Criteria : Awarded to 3 M.Tech. Students (Regular) of Aerospace Engineering Department
Amount of Scholarship : Stipend AT Rs.6,000/- p.m. for 24 months + Rs.3,500/- per student (one time only) towards book allowance sanctioned by ARDB and allotted by HRD/AE

5) Scholarship : GE Fund Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria : Awarded to 4 M.Tech./ DD Candidates of AE & EE; 2 each on merit
Amount of Scholarship : Rs.2,11,550/- per candidate for entire M.Tech. Programme (sanctioned in 2004 Batch)
