Professionals of outstanding managerial competence to fill the post of Executive Director (Commercial) – E 9, General Manager (Steel) – E 8 and Deputy General Manager (CCP) – E 7 in NINL. 1.Name of the post : Executive Director (Comml)

Age Limit as on 1.11.2013 : 57 years
Pay scales:Rs.62,000 -3% – 80,000
Qualification : Degree in Engineering preferably with MBA from a recognized university
Experience : Minimum 24 years relevant work experience in different areas of materials management preferably in integrated steel plants. Candidate should have minimum 2 years working experience in senior level below the post advertised. Candidate must have leadership competence to lead a team of professionals. He / she shall report to Joint Managing Director of NINL.
2.Name of the post : General Manager (Steel)

Age Limit as on 1.11.2013 : 57 years
Pay scales:Rs.51,300 -3% – 73,000
Qualification : Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized institute /university
Experience : Minimum 22 years of relevant work experience in operation and maintenance of BOF/LD Converter/Continuous Casting Plant in an integrated steel plant. Candidate should have minimum 2 years working experience in senior level below the post advertised. Candidate must have leadership competence to manage and lead a team of trained professionals.
3.Name of the post : Dy. General Manager (CCP)
No. of post : 01
Age Limit as on 1.11.2013 : 57 years
Pay scales:Rs.51,300 -3% – 73,000
Qualification : Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized institute/ university
Experience : Minimum 19 years work experience in Continuous Casting Plant preferably billet caster. Candidate should have minimum 2 years working experience below the post advertised.
