Admit Card of the candidates shortlisted for written test in Recruitment for the post of Technical Assistant, T-1 against the Advt. No.Estt.I/2012 dated 21.09.2012

Time : 10.00 am – 11.00 am

The weightage of written examination & interview will be of 80:20. One hour written examination will consist of Multiple Choice Questions of Matriculate level pertaining to Agriculture, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Current Affairs, etc.

On the basis of the performance in written test a merit list of candidates shortlisted for interview will be displayed by 02.00 pm. The interview shall be held same day at 03.00 pm at the above place accordingly.

Note : The questions will be both in English & Hindi.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES :
1. You should bring with your Identity Proof such as, Driving License, Passport, Voter Identity Card, Pan Card, Aadhar Card, College Identity Card, etc. for identity verification.
2. Any change in your present postal address should be communicated to this office after receiving the call letter or at the time of examination.
3. Your candidature is Provisional, you must, therefore, ensure that you fulfill all conditions of eligibility including the essential qualifications as laid down in the advertisement/notice of the examination. If at any stage it is found that you do not fulfill any of the conditions of eligibility, your candidature will be automatically cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained.
4. The result of written examination will be declared on same day 22.11.2013 and will be displayed on the notice board of the CICR, Nagpur & also website.www.cicr.org.in by 02.00 pm.
5. The interview of the shortlisted candidates will be held on same day at 03:00 pm onwards, at CICR, Nagpur. In this connection, you are requested to present along with original certificates/documents.
6. The institute will not be responsible for late/ non-receipt of this letter due to delay in postal transit.
7. You should report at the venue of Written Examination at 09.15 am sharp. No candidates will be allowed entry in Examination Hall after 10.15 am.
8. You will not be permitted to leave Examination Hall before the stipulated period of 1 hour.
9. No mobiles phones/Books Papers/ Calculator will be allowed in the Examination Hall.
10. You are requested to bring Pencil/ Pen (Ball Point Black/Blue)/ Eraser.
11. No personal enquiries/telephone calls would be entertained in this regard from the candidate.
12. No TA will be paid to the candidates called for Interview /Test. However, unemployed SC/ST candidates called for Interview /Test will be paid traveling expenses Travelling Allowance will be paid traveling expenses (by shortest route) to the extent permissible under the rules (on production of proof).
13. Canvassing in any form will result in cancellation of your candidature.
14. The venue of exam i.e., Central Institute for Cotton Research, Panjari Farm, Near LGP Bottling Plant, Wardha Road, Nagpur -441108. CICR, Nagpur is situated on Wardha Road (National Highway -07) is approx 12 Kms away from City Bus Stand (Sitaburdi) and approx 14 Kms away from Nagpur Railway Station & Zero Mile.
