URDU HIGHER EXAMINATION MAY – 2015 :
I. It is hereby notified that the Urdu Higher Examination will be commenced from 20/05/2015 accordance with the time table given in this notification.
II. The Scheme and syllabus of the Urdu Higher Examination will be as approved by G.O(Rt) 563/97/Gl.Edn. dated 21/02/1991 and this Examination can be written only by the failed candidates. This is the last chance in old Scheme as the Examination will be conducted in future only in the new Scheme
III. The centres of the Examination for May 2015
1. Government Boys High School, Malappuram
2. Moothedath HS, Thaliparamba, Kannur.
IV. The minimum General Education qualification for admission to the Examination is a pass in Standard VII (New) or any other Examination recognized equivalent to standard VII(New) Candidate not possessing the minimum General Educational Qualification will not be admitted to the Examination.
V. The candidate who have passed the SSLC Examination with Malayalam as 1st language Part I and Second papers will be exempted from appearing for paper VI, the paper in additional language as in the case of Arabic Teachers Examination provided they have secured 40% or above marks in Malayalam.
NOTE:- Candidate who have passed SSLC and who require exemption under the provision contained in this paragraph should produce the true copy of relevant pages of SSLC book in which marks have been entered, duly attested by a High School Headmaster along with their application for admission to the Examination. The original SSLC Book should be produced before the Chief Superintendent of the Centre concerned for verification when they go over to receive the admission ticket
VI. The Candidate have to submit their application in manuscript/Type written in the form in Appendix to this notification. Applications should be prepared in half sheet of fullscap paper and particulars may either be neatly written or typewritten. No printed forms will be supplied from this office.
NOTE: There should be two passport size photograph, one affixed in the admission ticket and the other in the identification certificate. Photographs should be those taken recently, ie not more than 6 months before the date of application and they should be affixed in the spaces provided in the admission ticket and identification certificate and attested by Gazetted Officer of the State or Central Government or MP or MLA or Headmaster of High Schools or training Schools or Assistant Educational Officer. No rubber stamp should be affixed on the photograph
VII. Candidates Identification certificate and admission ticket must be in separate Sheets of paper. Application which is to be in the prescribed form (Annexed to this notification) and do not contain all the requisite particulars will be rejected.
VIII. The fee for admission to the examination for two parts (all papers) is Rs. 50/- and the fee for each part (three papers) is Rs. 30/-
IX. The fee for admission to the examination should be remitted in to a Government Treasury in Kerala State under the Head of Account “0202-01-102-99 Examination Fees” and the Chalan receipt in Original should be forwarded along with the application.
X. Last date for remittance of fee without fine is 10/04/2015.
XI. Last date for remittance of fee with a fine of Rs. 10-/ 18/04/2015
XII. On no account the fee will be accepted at the Office of the Commissioner for Government Examinations by cheque of in cash or in any other form.
XIII. Fee once remitted will on no account be refunded or adjusted towards the fee for subsequent examination.
XIV. The application should submitted to the Chief Superintendent of the examination centre on or before 20/04/2015. The Chief Superintendent should forward the applications and enclosures to this office on or before 25/04/2015. Late application will not be accepted.
XV. Candidates should write their names and address distinctly and in full in the application. Name should be written in block letters and should be exactly similar in every respect with that in qualification certificate.
XVI. Applications, which do not conform to the provisions in the notification or found defective otherwise shall be summarily rejected without previous notice.
XVII. Covers containing applications for admission to the examination should be superscripted “Application for admission to the Urdu Higher Examination May 2015.
XVIII. Candidate should obtain their admission tickets from the Chief Superintendents of the respective centres at least three days before the date of examination. Admission tickets will not be issued on the day of the examinations.
XIX. Application from candidate for scrutiny of their valued answer scripts will be accepted within 15 days from the date of publication of results. The fee for scrutiny is Rs. 50/- per paper and the amount should be remitted under the Head of Account “0202-01-102-92 other receipts” in the name of the candidates and the original chalan receipt should be sent along with the application.
XX. Mark list will be issued to the candidates on production of original chalan for Rs. 40/- under the Head of account “ 0202-01-102-92 Other receipts”
