Admission Process 2015 :
To cater to an increase in volume of applications each year and widen its pan-India reach, the admission procedure at Pearl Academy is being organized in two cycles for Admission 2015, followed by a personal interview.

ADMISSION CYCLES :
Admission Cycle 1 – April 2015
Admission Cycle 2 – June 2015

ADMISSION STAGES :
Stage 1: Written Admission Test in 24 cities (approx. 27 Test Centers) across the country
Stage 2: Personal Interview (including portfolio evaluation / material handling skills test for Design streams).

Eligibility Criteria :
For 3-Year/4-Year Under Graduate B.A. (Hons.) programmes : 10+2, or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
For 2-Year Post Graduate Diploma programmes : Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
For 1-Year Professional Diploma programmes : Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
For 1-UG Diploma Programmes : 10+2, or equivalent

Guidelines for Applying :
Candidates applying online are required to apply through the Admissions 2015 Portal (ADMISSIONS 2015) on the official home page of Pearl Website (www.pearlacademy.com).
Candidates appearing in their final examinations can also apply provisionally.
Candidates can apply through the Online mode using either Debit/Credit Card or Demand Draft.
Application fee of Rs. 1,000/- is to be paid using Credit Card / Debit Card / Demand Draft. Please keep your Credit Card / Debit Card / Demand Draft ready with you before applying. The Demand Draft should be in favour of “Creative Arts Education Society” payable at New Delhi.
Candidates are required to Register Online using a Valid e-mail ID before applying. This email ID should be valid for at least next 1 year.

Candidates are advised to keep the following ready with them before applying online:
Credit / Debit Card OR Demand Draft
Scanned copy of passport size photograph [The photograph must be a recent passport size color picture, preferably in white background. Photographs with Caps, hats and dark glasses are not acceptable. The image should be in .jpg format only. Size of file should not be more than 1 mb].
Scanned copy of signatures [Please sign on a white paper with blue / black ball point pen. Scan the signature area only and not the entire page. The image should be in .jpg format only. Size of file should not be more than 1 mb].
Scanned copy of valid CAT / MAT / GMAT score card (if applicable)
Details of educational qualifications (marks / grade / year of passing etc)

Guidelines for Applying Online using Credit / Debit Card as payment option:
Click on APPLY ONLINE and select Payment by Credit Card / Debit Card.
Select 2 choices of Course and Campus (only 1 choice for MA course).
Fill up the Online Application form
Click on SAVE and SUBMIT your application – you will be directed to a payment gateway.
After completion of your Online Application and payment authorization, please SAVE your Online Application and take a print out.
An auto-generated confirmation mail will be sent on your Email ID containing the following:
Confirmation of successful Online Registration & Payment.
Your Online Application Number.
In case unsuccessful, you will be asked to apply and fill up the online application form again.

Note: Candidates applying online through Credit / Debit card are not required to send print out of the application form.

Guidelines for Applying Online using Demand Draft as payment option:
Click on APPLY ONLINE and select Payment through Demand Draft.
Select 2 choices of Course and Campus (only 1 choice for MA course).
Fill up the Online Application form
Enter the Demand Draft details (DD of Rs. 1,000/- in favor of Creative Arts Education Society) and click on Submit.
Click on SAVE and SUBMIT your application.
After completion of your Online Application and payment authorization, please SAVE your Online Application and take a print out.
An auto-generated confirmation mail will be sent on your Email ID containing the following:
Confirmation of successful Online Registration & Payment.
Your Online Application Number.
In case unsuccessful, you will be asked to apply and fill up the online application form again.

TO VIEW/PRINT ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Log on to Pearl website
Go to Admissions 2015.
Click on View/Print Online Application form.
Enter your Online Application Number and Date of Birth to view/print your filled Online
Application.
Candidates can also apply through Offline mode by purchase of Application Kit-2015 from the Pearl Academy campuses and authorized Sales Counters.

SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION: applicable in case of Online Application with payment through Demand Draft and Offline application form.

Take a Printout of the filled Online Application, paste your recent passport size photograph, sign it and send it to the following address along with demand draft before the last date :

Admit cards for Written Test & Personal Interviews for both admission cycles will be available 4 days before the Written Test. Candidates are required to download Admit Cards from Pearl Website only. Please check Pearl website regularly for updates.
