Dear Family Ration Cardholder, Follow the steps for renewal.
Step-1: Please enter your Card Number to get validity Extension Slip. (Kindly Print & Paste the validation Slip inside your Ration Card)
Eg: 01N0007594
Step-2: Select your Family Card Type:
** White Colored None Card
** Yellow Colored Tatkal Card
Step-3: Enter Comments if any ?
Step-4 : Submit the button
