COUNSELING SCHEDULE :
Counseling for admission into PG Courses in Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu and its affiliated colleges Ananthapuramu will be held at Directorate of Admissions, Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Ananthapuramu as per the following schedule. No individual call letters will be sent to the candidates.

29-06-2014 to 05-07-2014 Phase-I Counseling Admissions under regular/payment/self-financing/sponsored categories will be done simultaneously. Students are advised to come prepared with necessary fee to join in the category of their choice.
07-07-2014 Counseling for CAP (Children of Armed Persons) Children of Armed Personnel should attend the counseling with original discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent. CAP category seat is available in a course in the University College if the number of seats are 25 and above.
Counseling for PH category Physically challenged candidates should attend the counseling with original PH certificate issued by the Medical Board. The PH priority will be decided by the University Medical Officer. PH category seat is available in a course if the number of seats are 20 and above.
08-07-2014 Counseling for NCC/NSS/ Sports Candidates with participation during the period of study of qualifying examination should attend the counseling with original certificates. The concerned officers will finalize the priorities.
09-07-2014 Cancellation of admission Last date for cancellation of admission with refund of fee after deducting 10% or Rs.500/- which ever is high. No refund will be given after this date. Counseling fee will not be returned in any case.
12-07-2014 Onwards Phase-II Counseling The details of Phase-II counseling will be placed in the website www.skupgcet.org No separate call letters will be sent.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Only candidates who have passed the qualifying degree examination with the minimum marks prescribed in the Prospectus are eligible for admission.
2. No admission will be given if the candidate fails to submit the relevant ORIGINAL certificates.
3. The selected candidate has to submit all the original certificates along with two sets of Xerox copies.
4. The selected candidate has to pay the fee IMMEDIATELY in the bank counter provided at the counseling centre and no extension of time will be given for payment of fee.
5. A candidate who fails to attend the counseling on the specified date and time will get a seat as per the information provided in the Prospectus.
6. A candidate who is now doing a PG course in any other Institution will be considered for admission only on the production of a certificate from the concerned Principal/Head of the Institution/College to the effect that the candidate is a student of the Institution and the certificates including TC will be released to the candidate if he/she is selected for admission. Notional admission will be given to such candidates by allowing 4 days time. If the candidate fails to submit the original certificates before the stipulated date, his/her notional admission will be cancelled.
7. If it is found that the admission is secured on false grounds or by suppression of facts, his/her admission will be cancelled.
8. The candidate has to come prepared to stay for one more day, if necessary.

CERTIFICATES REQUIRED
At the time of counseling, the candidate has to submit the following certificates in Original:
a. SKUCET-2014 Rank Card and Hall-Ticket (A candidate who lost Rank card/Hall Ticket can download the same from the web site and attend the counseling).
b. Provisional / Degree certificate of the qualifying examination.
c. Marks statements of all the years of qualifying examination.
d. Transfer and Conduct certificate (Admission will not be given without submission of Original Transfer Certificate).
e. Secondary School Certificate (SSC).
f. Study certificates from IX class to qualifying examination.
g. Caste certificate in original from the Tahsildar obtained in 2014 or permanent caste certificate (in the case of SC/ST/BC candidates).
h. Two income certificates from the Tahsildar obtained in 2014 (for those who wish to claim for fee concession/ scholarship).
i. Relevant certificates in the case of Physically Handicapped / Extra Curricular Activities (NCC/NSS/ Games/ Sports).
j. Residence certificate of parent for stay in the state of AP from the Tahsildar in the case of candidates who have studied outside AP or carried out private study under distance mode.
k. Discharge certificate and Service certificate of the parent in the case of a Child of Armed Personnel (CAP).
l. Migration certificate.
