Procedure for Registration :
Candidates who are desirous to participate in the Counselling have to register/apply against N.R.l. Seats on www.mponline.gov.in website by selecting the appropriate course available on it.
For online Registration, the Registration Fee payable is Rs. 5,100/- (Non-Refundable fee including Portal Charges of Rs. 100/-) . The payment of which can one as shown in Table no.2.
Print out of payment receipt and detail filled be the Candidate can only be obtained after the payment of the fee Registration form. There for it is necessary to take receipt of online payment after registration.

Documents Verification :
Candidates have to appear physically at Tagore Hostel Campus, Sardar Vallabh Bhai polytechnic College, Shyamla Hills, Bhopal; according to schedule given in Time Table for their documents verification.
Candidates interested in seeking admission against non-resident Indian seats, shall be required to verify following documents:-
(a) Mark sheet of qualifying examination. lf the Board / University from which candidate has passed his qualifying examination award marks in grade system, then the formula for conversion of grade into percentage marks shall apply. This formula should be certified by Indian Embassy / Indian consulate of that countrv. Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from a country other than India are required to submit a certificate from the Indian Embassy / Indian consulate or Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi to the effect that the examination passed is equivalent to respective qualifying examination of Indian system;
(b) Proof of nationally
(c) Certificate from Indian Embassy or Indian consulate of the country where non-resident Indian is residing to the effect that father / mother is non-resident Indian, or original passport of non-resident Indian or true copy of pages of passport certified by Indian Embassy or Indian consulate of the country, where non-resident Indian mother / father is residing;
(d) Notarized affidavit of mother / father sponsoring their son / daughter under nonresident Indian category;
(e) Two passport size self attested photographs of the candidate

Note :
1) original documents shall be returned after verification
2) Eligible / Not Eligible Receipt will be provided to the candidate.
3) Branch/ Institute will be allotted to the eligible candidates according to the merit.
4) lt is advised to the candidates that they should necessarily produce the required documents according “Admission (Reservation to N.R.l in AICTE approved courses) Regulation, 2011” for admission to N.R.L seats. lf the candidate is unable to produced required document then he will not be eligible for admission and will not be included in Branch/ institute allotment process.

Allotment of Institution/Branch :
Candidates will be called according to the merit and Institute/ Branch will be allotted according to the availability and their merit.
Allotment slip will be issued to the candidate after allotment.
Candidate has to report in the allotted Institute after allotment.
Candidate will be included in the allotment process just after the document verification. And Institute/Branch will be allotted to them according to their merit as per their course.

Reporting at Allotted institute :
Print out of the Allotment/Admission slip.
Xerox copy of the documents mentioned in the verification slip.
