House Site Extract/ D-Form Patta Request :
House Site/D- Form Patta request is applied by the citizen through the Meeseva centers. This request can be accessed by the Dy.Tahasildhar and processed. The processing steps are provided below.
Procedure for Processing the Request at Dy.Tahasildhar End : –
1 : Select “Extract of House Site/D- Form Patta” from Application Processing.
2 : After selection of “Extract of House Site/D- Form Patta, Dy. Tahasildhar Processing window will be displayed.
3 : Select from date & to date by using calendar controls Note : Here, to date must be prior to Current date.
4 : Select “Request Status (either All/Not Viewed/Open etc…)” from request status drop down list Note : Here, At First the Request is in “Not Viewed” Status. Here I am selecting “Not viewed” request.
5 : Select “Request Type (either Extract of House Site/D- Form Patta)” from request status drop down list
6 : Click “Get Details” button to display requests
7 : All “Not Viewed” Requests are displayed
8 : Select the Request which has to be processed
9 : After selection of the request, request details page will be displayed Note : Here Edit Options are Given all necessary fields
10 : Download all the attached documents from “Documents Attached” panel by clicking on links Note : After downloading all Verification/Proceeding documents, MRI & VRO collect documents from the Dy.Tahasildhar for field level enquiry.After enquiry, the MRI & VRO submitted their report to the Dy.Tahasildhar.
11 : Now, Dy.Tahsildar Take Action either Accept or Reject based on enquiry Report Note : Based on Tahasildhar action (either Accept/Reject), status (either Approved/Rejected) is generated.
12 : If Dy.Tahasildhar wants to accept the request by clicking on the “Accept” Radio button
13 : Now Dy.Tahasildar upload Proceeding report which is receive from field level enquiry
14 : Enter “Remarks” and click on “Sign” button
15 : After clicking on “Sign” button, Preview window will be displayed with all necessary details
16 : Click “OK” button on Preview window. It will display Certificate window
17 : Click “OK” button on Certificate
18 : After clicking on “OK” button, private exchange key popup will generated
19 : Now clicking on “OK” button
20 : After clicking on “OK” button “Updated Successfully” Message will be displayed along with “View Certificate” Button Note : Now the request is in Approved status.
21 : After Approved/Rejected, Customer Received Message. Like you are Request is Approved/ Rejected.
22 : Once the request is approved by Dy.Tahasildhar, then Extract of House site/D-Form Patta will be dispatched through courier to the citizen’s address if Delivery Type is Speed Post Local/Non Local.
