“INDIA weaved in FRAMES” Photography Contest 2013 :
1. INDIA weaved in FRAMES is a series of Photography Contests, one each for every Indian state and presently running contest is themed as Bengal.
2. Photographers from across the globe, of any Nationality, age, and skill level can join.
3. One can join only two contests, in the series, of his/her choice.
4. The theme of the contest is “Bengal”. You can join the contest with a photograph to showcase the greatness of the State in its true sense; like its culture, tradition, heritage, nature, festivals, people, arts, and many other such features.
5. Closing date of registration is 20th November, 2013 (Wednesday).
6. A contestant can submit only one photograph for the contest and the image once published on Immagine and on any online/physical magazines shall not be submitted.
7. By registering at our website, the contestant grants us the non-commercial right to use the photograph for promotion of our page in any media.
8. Contestants must not violate privacy rights, copyright, and other rights of any person.
9. Editing to the original image must be limited to minor cleaning work, levels, curves, color, saturation, contrast, and cropping; and the Judge is having the right to decide the amount of editing permissible other than the above said.
10. We may ask for the original in case of any doubts about the photograph.
11. Judging will be done by Mr. Swarup Dutta and his verdict will be final.
12. The Top Trios selected by the Judge will be featured in the Immagine exhibitions.
13. The winner will be awarded with a certificate of appreciation by Immagine NPO (Non Profit Organisation).
14. The winner will be gifted with a gift voucher of Rs. 500/- on minimum purchase of Rs. 500/- from tajpearl.com. The other two Top Trio will be gifted with a gift voucher of Rs. 100/- each on minimum purchase of Rs. 300/-. These prizes are sponsored by Taj Pearl and Arts, an ISO certified online shop.
15. For the exhibition, the photographers must send us the high resolution images without watermark.
16. The final rule is RESPECT THE FELLOW CONTESTANTS AND ACCEPT THE JUDGE’S VERDICT.
