How to Obtain Certified Copy of Property Card / Plan Offline:
Introduction :
This document is issued to the applicant, indicating the details of the property he is holding i.e. the Survey Number, Revenue Division, Area, assessment, ownership etc.
Under What Act/Rules/Govt. orders the Certificate is issued :
Section 327 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 and Rules there under.
Whom to apply :
The Superintendent, Mumbai City Survey & Land Records, Old Custom House, Shahid Bhagatsingh Marg, Fort, Mumbai – 400 001. at SETU Counter.
How to apply :
Application to be made in the prescribed form Affix Court Fee Stamp of Rs.5/- on the application

Property Card of my Society does not have endorsement of society ownership although conveyance was done in July 1972. This document was given serial number, passed index 2 and duly registered. The property built on the plot is Society’s ownership as per above document. However, Property Card doesn’t mentioned our name. We have filed application on 5th October 2018 for which there is no response at Santacruz office. My society is NAV GURUKRUPA CHS LTD built on CTS 884,884/1 to 884/5 in Vile Parle West Mumbai 400056. Your website should have facility to apply for amendments and corrections.
