NOTE:
1. Candidates are required to visit the counseling center only on the day/date specified as per their ranks.
2. Candidates are required to bring two Bank Demand Draft (of Rs 500/- and Rs 5000/-) issued in Favour of Finance Officer, Bundelkhand University, Jhansi, payable at Jhansi.
3. Candidates are required to bring all the original documents and a set of photocopies of documents. Please note that various formats of certificates/documents is available in the Information Boucher available on the website upbed.nic.in
Counseling Flow Chart :
Step I Issuance of Tokens:
Step II Documents Verification : The candidates shall be issued file cover alongwith a booklet of containing details of various colleges at the counseling center. Candidates original documents on academic qualifications and other credentials shall be verified at the counseling center.
Step III Collection of Counseling Fees (Rs 500/-)
(The counseling fees be collected by DD to be issued in favour of Finance Officer Bundelkhand University, Jhansi)
Step IV Collection of Part College Fees (Rs 5000/-)
(The Part College fees be collected by DD to be issued in favour of Finance Officer Bundelkhand University, Jhansi)
Counseling of candidates :
Step V PIN (one time password) generation by NIC and communicating through SMS to candidates
Step VI Choice Filling: Candidates be given three days time for choice filling. The candidate’s may fill as many colleges of their choice from their homes or any other convenient places having internet connection.
Step VII College Allotment: after the choice filling, the candidates shall be allotted respective colleges based upon their merit, reservations and choice priority. The candidates may take a print out of the allotment letter and e-challan of remaining fees.
Step VIII Collection of balance Fees and issuance of confirmation letter : The candidates shall have to submit the balance fees through e-challan at any branch of Punjab National Bank and get transaction Id. Candidate shall visit NIC website again to fill their roll no., Date of Birth and transaction Id to get print out of confirmation letter of admission. Withdrawal of Draft of Rs 5000/- : The candidates to whom colleges are not allotted as per choice filled by them, they are required to visit counseling centers to collect the draft of Rs 5000/-, submitted by them within seven days of rejection.
Step IX Reporting of Candidate at the College: The candidates shall be required to report and join their respective colleges within five days of issuance of confirmation letter.

5. Proof of Sub-Category
6. Medical Certificate (for PH/BL)
7. Certificate of 10th (for PH/BL)
8. Domicile Certificate
9. Proof of Weightage marks
